  I visited the place it was really nice experience for me. I was searching for winter clothes in Summer. I want to make big shout out for specially Kate Z and Alda for helping me and guiding me to make right choice. Finally thank you Pola helping me with payment processing. Nice place to visit.

  Came to look for a pair of shoes for my grandson. We were well taken care of by a lovely young woman named Kinyi. She measured his foot, brought out 4 other boxes to ensure a proper fit, and most importantly a very happy little 4 year old. She engaged with him, had short “races” with him and saved the flashy light shoes until the last. (They were the winner!).

  I went to the Sporting Life VIP event to pick up a pair of hiking shoes that I've been eyeing. I was pretty happy that they were on sale but a bit annoyed that the sale rep said my size wasn't available (even though I checked online beforehand, it said it was in stock - not even low in stock). I got 1/2 size bigger for now in hopes that I can check back at the store before the 30 day window to exchange it. The cashier who checked me out, Kayla, assured me that I could still do an exchange, even when I purchased the shoes on sale.

  I have to leave 2 separate reviews for two lovely individuals who have helped me out incredibly, on multiple occasions!! Google won’t let me leave multiple reviews, so this will have to do! 😅 I hope they get the recognition they deserve! I had a great experience thanks to Maricarmen! She was incredibly helpful while I was looking at kids’ clothes, taking the time to show me different options and explain all the current promotions clearly. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and her kind, friendly attitude really stood out. Such a sweetheart excellent customer service! Paulina was so kind and helpful. Even though she was busy, she took the time to stop and assist me and have a genuine conversation. The store was also very clean and organized. Really appreciated the great service!
