  I’ve been a loyal lululemon customer for years, but today’s experience at the Metrotown location was extremely disappointing. I requested a refund because I believed the item was defective and uncomfortable, but the employee completely dismissed my explanation and focused only on the fact that I had removed the tag. I’ve had much more reasonable and flexible experiences with the 30-day return policy at other lululemon locations, which made this experience even more frustrating. What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service and the attitude I received. This wasn’t just about a refund — the way I was treated seriously damaged my trust in the brand. As long as this employee continues to work at the Metrotown location, I will not be returning. I sincerely hope lululemon Head Office reviews how customers are being treated at this store.

  The manager at this store was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. I found a serious issue with the clothing and asked for a refund, but the manager refused to offer a refund or exchange, saying that the issue didn’t look serious to them. I ended up going to another store, where they gladly processed the refund for me. Unfortunately, it feels like the manager is really hurting this store’s reputation and customer experience.

  A few years back, I was really impressed by Lululemon. Though their pants were expensive, they were extremely comfortable, and they offered free hemming AND they would repair damage to the pants if you brought them in. About a year later, they changed the policy to fully replacing the pants for free if they were damaged.. then they changed the policy to no replacing, and no fixing damage.. then they raised the prices on the pants. After the price went up and they don't repair damage (their pants are comfy but definitely not durable), I can no longer justify buying these insanely expensive pants that are flimsy and they won't fix. Used to be a fan, but not anymore.Theyre nice pants, but I can get a pair that's almost the same quality at Uniqlo for less than half the price

  Metrotown store is worse store girl who works there has attitude issues look like owning store not welcoming I not surprised when never has costumer there employees snd security in front 😁😁😂 store manager Grace she is very rude and territorial she needs improve her attitude No recommend shopping there I’m not wandered nobody shopping there Return policy is another horror in this environment In other places is ok but Metrotown I surprise opening news bigger place in Metrotown is not welcome environment in this place not even helpful and not good for Customer

  whoever runs this lululemom fix your service. i am beyond pissed because this asian worker with short hair, glasses, and a slight accent refused to cooperate with my friend. i did not get her name but she does not even do her job. she told my friend to talk to ai instead of her because she did not wanna deal with her and my friend was so ticked off because this worker was just laughing in her face. who does that? so unprofessional. someone needs to tell this worker to get her stuff together. you cannot work if you do not know how to.
