  Very rude manager. Different experience when buying if I don’t like something when you go for return they denied return. Very rude behaviour of the manager.

  We are visiting from the United States and originally planned to look around at several other stores, but one T-shirt caught our attention and brought us into Armani Exchange. Angela patiently brought us many different pieces to try and suggested combinations we never would have thought of ourselves. She never rushed us and calmly helped us find the right sizes. By the end, she had completely refreshed our look from head to toe, making us feel stylish, confident, and sophisticated. We happily purchased more than five items! Honestly, the service we received from Angela was even better than what we usually experience in stores back home in the U.S. We visit Canada every year, and from now on, we will definitely return to this location and ask for Angela. Thank you, Angela, and thank you to the entire store team for such a wonderful shopping experience!

  My wife and I are both very busy with work, so we don’t have much time to shop. Armani is one of our favorite brands, and Lina is a big reason we enjoy visiting the store. She is always warm, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she understands our sizes and preferences so well. We truly appreciate her professional and thoughtful service. Highly recommend Lina—we’ll definitely continue shopping with her!

  I have had consistently great experiences shopping at A|X Armani Exchange. The store has a good selection, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff have always been helpful and professional. I especially want to mention Lina, who has helped me several times. She is always patient, friendly, and very attentive without ever being pushy. She takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and is genuinely helpful when it comes to finding the right style, fit, or option. That kind of service really makes a difference and is one of the reasons I enjoy coming back to this location. Great experience overall, and many thanks to Lina and the team!

  As a busy working mom with two little boys, I rarely have time to shop, but I still love buying clothes from this store. I met Lina a few years ago, and she has been amazing ever since. She always takes the time to understand what I need and selects clothes for me in advance, so I can easily try them on without spending too much time shopping. It saves me so much time! Over the years, Lina has really gotten to know my style, preferences, and sizing. She always gives me helpful and honest suggestions and makes shopping so much easier and more enjoyable. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just focus on selling products — she genuinely cares about her customers and what works best for them. I truly enjoy her service and trust her recommendations. Lina is definitely one of the best salespeople I’ve met in Vancouver. I’m always happy to shop with her and will continue to follow her recommendations. Highly recommended!
