  Very Unprofessional staff especially Linda. I went there to buy a pair of shoes and tried different ones and then selected one. At the counter during payment time she said you are going to buy one only….. and I said yes with smiling face and she said why are you laughing it is not a fun as you took couple pair of shoes out…. There were others customers over there too and she said these words in a very disrespectful manner…. I think she should learn customer services first to serve customers..

  Brought in a pair of boots I bought from the chilliwack location with some sizing questions and Linda was a superstar manager to talk with reassuring me on all questions! I’ll definitely be coming here again! Thank you so much for the amazing service and products!

  I ordered shoes online they not wide at all 10 size element boot I sent email dsw they reply how you return the shoes Manager was not cooperative at all she said why i email to dsw cant you read the paper this and that She was rude to other employees was angry with me I told her i just wore the shoes outside my apartment to see how they goes She said. She cant return at all Than finally after 10 min argument she finally ready to return them But i didnt like her service at all She was soo personal with me like its her own store I like shoes company i always order from them this is the first time shoes are tight so went to store to change them But now i dont like to use this company either after manager’s service to me
