  I had a very disappointing experience at the Plato’s Closet Abbotsford location. About 30 minutes earlier, I had purchased two pairs of boots at the Chilliwack store. I then stopped in Abbotsford, found another pair I liked better for my daughter, and asked if I could exchange one of the pairs I had just purchased. The employee initially removed the Chilliwack barcode tag to replace it with an Abbotsford tag, but then refused the exchange because the boots did not have a Sharpie mark. She also commented that the price seemed “too low,” which made the whole interaction very uncomfortable and made me feel as though she suspected I had done something wrong, even though I had simply purchased the boots as they were. After leaving the store, I checked the second pair I had bought in Chilliwack, and they did not have a Sharpie mark either. I don’t know what marking system the Chilliwack location uses, but clearly the two stores may follow different procedures. Instead of verifying the purchase with the Chilliwack store, the exchange was refused. Customers should not be made to feel suspicious or dishonest because different locations may use different tagging practices.

  Its hard to find good things but if you really look upto every single piece then you can definitely find… best part is staff girl name saumaya really helped me and also she helped me with the price tags..all of the staff is really helpful… amazingg experience

  I was really out of my league trying to find some quality athletic gear for a surprise for my daughter and I asked Annika for help.She greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately helped me find a ton of clothes for my daughter that saves me time and stress. Since Annika and my daughter are similar builds it made finding the items I was looking for extremely fast and efficient. I am very grateful and thankful that Annika didn't " brush me off " like Ive experienced at other places. Employees like Annika are an asset to a company and you should definitely keep her close. Thank you once again Platos Closet and especially Annika 😀

  I love coming to this Plato’s I always find such amazing clothes that in good condition. The dropping off process works so well as well they got it down really good too. Saumya is so friendly you can tell she really enjoys what she does and makes the experience even better for everyone. She’s so sweet!! Love this Plato’s it’s my must go to everytime I’m here

  Just wanted to give a 5 star review for Destiny she is wonderful to deal with always pleasant and super friendly always helpful and she talks with me every time I come in I appreciate her helping me out with everything . I really don’t understand the bad reviews to be honest i’ve been shopping here since day 1 it very first opened and compared to anywhere else this place is extremely reasonable for pricing and has the best selection for every season . and as far as buying my items i’ve never once felt it was unreasonable at all ve always gotten back fair pricing on my items which really helped me out when i’ve been in a pinch . i’d rather donate my stuff to plato’s then value village any day so id much rather support you guys and appreciate the owner for opening up a place like this for our community the girls are great to deal with i’m a forever repeat customer .
