  I’ve been to this location quite a few times now and am always coming out with stuff I LOVE! Both my 14YO and I came out with new outfits! Staff is extremely kind and personable. I loved Annika who despite it being a peak time on a Saturday, appeared happy to be there and loving her job which I feel you don’t see much nowadays :)

  One of the highlights of the Abbotsford location is when you walk in you are instantly given a warm welcome by Saumya. Sometimes it can feel like an anxious experience going into these public high paced busy places especially with how intense some workers can come off given the high paced go go go environment. However with a warm geniune presence such as Saumya, can guarantee she will make you feel welcomed and well taken care of.

  Great clothing store, good selection and well priced items. Brianna greeted me with a big smile and a cheerful “hello” upon entering the store. She was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She made the checkout process quick, easy, and hassle free. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. It’s impressive to see such a young staff member showing this level of professionalism and genuine kindness. Brianna is a real asset to the store. I will definitely be back!

  I went on Monday, Sept 21st and Annika helped me out so so much! I was looking for a red dress and she gave me some recommendations. I will definitely be going back ASAP. I went back again on Tuesday, Sept 22nd and saw Annika again along with meeting Saumya and Katie! It was great to see such friendly faces working so hard to keep the place running and making people happy. See you soon!

  Dropped off 2 bags of clothing to trade in. I waited for over an hour. Almost all of the clothes I brought in were still folded the exact same way I did at home prior to coming as I have a certain folding style which made me think they didn’t actually look through the bags after the top 2 pieces had some dog fur on it. have dogs and their hair gets everywhere no matter if things are straight from the dryer or not. There was hardly any dog hair on 2 pieces of clothing and they rejected the whole thing. Super disappointed in the quality of helping others. I also don’t think in my opinion they wash the clothes they get otherwise a couple pieces of fur would not be a huge deal if they wash them before putting them on the rack.
