- DTDimple Tanwar1 day ago1.0The Asian lady working at your store - teach her how to do conversation- If that’s a problem for her then a simple hello good afternoon would do. Her asking my friend right after saying hello “do you work in kfc kitchen” because he was wearing black clothes and a cap it’s called racial stereotypes. I did not ask her if she works in a Thai massage spa. We politely said no because I don’t want an argument over there.

The staff treat everyone of this population with a stereotype and this has deterred me from shopping here again. Sure a few bad apples ruin things for all communities but lumping everyone in the same category and treating them all the same just nailed it in the coffin for me. It’s backfired and staff just don’t seem to want to keep the standards of store classy or that high any more maybe becuase of this? Going to Langley Willowbrook instead lol.

Walked in and it was dead and not one single staff member said hello or asked if I needed help. I was ready to spend alot on a new wardrobe after losing baby weight but cant support a company that employees act like that
