  I usually have good experiences at lulu but the Abbotsford store is horrible. Walked in and it was dead and not one single staff member said hello or asked if I needed help. I was ready to spend alot on a new wardrobe after losing baby weight but cant support a company that employees act like that

  Not 1 single sports bra above size 12 really disappointed cause I wanted to buy 3 today all I got from staff was order online. Really sad how you only stock sizes for smaller women.

  I absolutely love this Lululemon location! Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with the most friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind service. Today was no exception, the front-line staff and the manager were both amazing and went above and beyond. It really makes such a difference! I always leave feeling great about my experience, and it keeps me coming back again and again. Huge shoutout to the team for delivering such outstanding customer service, keep up the incredible work!

  I had a frustrating experience at Lululemon Abbotsford. I went in to return shoes and a shirt I ordered online that didn’t fit, planning to use that money toward a new pair. Instead, staff took my returns, sent me to pick new shoes, and had me pay again on the spot. When I went back to the counter, I was told my return could only be issued as a gift card. This wasn’t explained upfront if it had been, I would have returned the items first and used the gift card toward my purchase. Because of the poor communication, I ended up paying more out of pocket than I should have. Overall, a disappointing experience.

  I have been a long time lululemon customer, both myself & my husbands wardrobe are entirely Lulu. We have never had issues at the highstreet location until today. We are on good terms with the managers and know the staff quite well. We frequent this location a lot. However today they must have had a newer girl working who was just plain rude. Short blonde girl. I’ve noticed her in the past, typically in the fitting room. I had an issue with a bag I purchased yesterday, the zipper was stuck. So I went to the store to do a straight exchange immediately after the zipper became stuck. The sales associate on till was happy to do the exchange, however she wanted to clarify with her manager. The zipper did become unstuck, however the liner was now chewed up. Clearly a defect. The little girl they called in as the “manager” told us she would not do the exchange as it’s not within their policy because the zipper now works. We pointed out the chewed up liner and said we literally purchased it yesterday. It is clearly a defect on this bag. It doesn’t come out of her paycheque to do a direct exchange. She said it wasn’t under policy, passed me the bag and said have a good day. Sure. It’s not like we don’t spend thousands at your store anyways.👍
