  Honestly the Worst customer service I've ever experienced (Abbotsford location) Waiting for quite literally hours for a job that should only take 20 minutes to get done. Essentially non existent help in the archery department. Waiting ridiculous amounts of time just to even have a worker come and help me. Would give 0/5 stars if I could. This is not a rating on the store/products, its regarding the absolutely horrible customer service I've experienced on multiple visits

  I help youth at risk learn how to fish on the local rivers. I purchased a new baitcaster and 45$ of spiderwire from the store to be put on. Having done this here multiple times in the past, backing 1/3has to go on this type of reel, if you dont big fish will bind the wire. Once the wire is bound you have to cut it out. After 2 weeks my new reel and spider wire was bound. This am after an hour of cutting the wire off my spool i noticed no backing was put on by a new staff at the store. I talked to Avery in Fishing and Bryana manager and was given a gift card so Cabelas and this courteous professional staff to make things right. Now i dont lose anytime helping theyouth, Cabelas and thier super fabulous staff get very high praise in a time where most corp like this dont care. I thank you for myself but more importantly for the youth who wake up to the wonder of our amazing fishery only to pursue better behavioural interests as they take up fishing.

  ​I recently bought a new fishing rod here and had an incredible experience, thanks to Ernie and Ryan! They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. What stood out the most was their deep knowledge—they took the time to answer all my questions, shared great advice, and helped me pick out the exact setup I needed without any high-pressure sales. It's rare to find customer service this genuine and expert-driven. I'll definitely be back for all my future fishing gear. Highly recommend asking for Ernie and Ryan if you stop by!
