  Insulting Asian lady at the cashier today. Asking for the receipt of an empty fishing line box that’s already fully reeled onto my rod. So somehow i didn’t pay for it and reeled a 100 meter fishing line bare handed in your store? Plus I was also buying hundred dollars worth of merchandise, I’m not gonna steal your 5$ fishing box. Really annoying.

  I recently had a frustrating experience at this location, but the way management handled it was truly impressive. I reached out with a complaint, and the Hard Lines Manager responded almost immediately. She took full ownership of the situation, stayed in constant communication, and provided a resolution that went above and beyond my expectations. It is rare to see this level of accountability and genuine care for customer satisfaction from a large retailer. Because of the excellent service from management, I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

  Absolutely loved the patience and customer service provided by Gaganjot Aulakh. We needed a price match of a product we picked up in store today but the online sale price was not reflecting on their system. She went the extra length and called for help by her manager/s to genuinely help us and get the offer price. Amazing customer service - don’t get to see much of that these days!

  Sandra and team are the best. Awesome customer service and support. Long story short. They opened 2 package and checked it side by side to make sure the contents are same and one is not a used item.

  I tried to get replacement fittings for the straps on my 2 year old Boat Bag - they had rusted badly - odd for an item meant to be on the water - the less than friendly staffer told me I could get a refund in under a year with the original sales receipt and he said if they jacked up the price by using rust resistant fittings the price would be too high - it's a boat bag - rusting hardware is not appropriate- the bag by the way is superb - I made my own replacement straps for $12 but should I have had to - I expected more from an outlet that I regard quite highly up till now
