Terrible service today. Instead of helping customers, employee was busy chatting with her colleagues.

Not friendly, didn’t ask if I wanted a bag, and no one had a smile on their faces.. especially the associate at cash.. never had such an unpleasant and unfriendly experience at an American eagle.

Usually never have a bad experience here but while I was in the change room, I heard at least 3 employees talking poorly about a larger customer and the amount of pieces she had tried on. I was appalled.

I have had two great experiences here in the last two weeks, once over the phone and once in store (05-16-26) and I will definitely be back. The floor staff was friendly and assisted me with getting an item from the back that is saw online, the change room staff was available, the gal at the cash was awesome and knowledgeable and assisted me with an online return, an exchange, and a re-order. I also purchased more and was offered assistance during my shop, the store was well organized and clean. Thank you!
