  Ashley (I think that's her name) was so friendly and helpful! There were so many options to choose from but she was patient with me in choosing what I wanted. I left happy and will be returning in the near future.

  Very disappointing experience. The consultant was extremely intrusive and overly pushy. We asked twice to be left alone to browse on our own, but this was ignored. Every time I picked up a pair of glasses, she immediately approached and asked if I liked them, and whenever I tried something on, she stood directly behind my back. It may sound like attentive service, but in reality it feels uncomfortable, as if someone is constantly breathing down your neck. I literally found myself trying to move away every time I noticed her rushing toward me from the corner of my eye. I didn’t buy anything and couldn’t properly try anything on. I walked into the store in a good mood and left extremely irritated, almost on the verge of tears. If standing so close to customers and not giving them any personal space is a management requirement, this approach really needs to be reconsidered. Not everyone enjoys constant conversation. Some people need space to think and make a decision. In addition, the consultant did not seem familiar with the store’s assortment. I came for a specific pair of glasses that I found on the website and confirmed were available in this location, but I was told they didn’t exist. After searching on my own, I eventually found them on display. However, I wasn’t able to calmly decide whether I liked them because within just a few minutes the consultant approached me twice with the same question. This is not help. It is pressure. I drove two hours to visit this store and ended up feeling like I had to escape from the consultant in a small space. I even clearly showed that I wanted to be left alone, but it seemed to amuse her and she even found it funny. Overall, a truly awful experience.

  I was not able to get the name of the lady who assisted me but she was very nice, helpful and very accomodating. Very light to deal with.
