  Caution with Nordstrom Rack Bakersfield CA! Someone is fraudulently using my late Mother’s account and neither Nordstrom nor TD Bank (Nordstrom credit card servicer) were any help when I called to report this yesterday. My mother has these fraudulent charge receipts in her email going back to December 2024. She passed away in March and purchases were made this week in person in Bakersfield CA. The fraud department would not even cut off access to the card before I faxed her death certificate. Still haven’t heard back from them. Stay away from Nordstrom and especially their credit card if you care about your financial security!

  I had a problem finding a shirt I saw the other day I asked a lady if she could help me find it or if there was any of the same in the back but she just skimmed so I then asked another lady I believe her name was Breana and she immediately saw it on the floor I’m grateful for her observation and getting me my shirt!

  I recently placed an order on Nordstrom.com for a pair of Jordan shoes in size 10C that were on sale. When I received my package, the shoe box was correct, but inside were dirty, worn Jordans that were not the shoes I ordered. I immediately called the Nordstrom rack store to ask about returning them. Because there is no Nordstrom store in Bakersfield, I was told I could return the item. I went to the store the same day, while speaking with the associate, another employee who appeared to be a supervisor was standing next to her and told me I would have to go to the Nordstrom store to return my package. This was confusing and frustrating, as I was told something different when I called ahead and also when I contacted Nordstrom. I have made returns at Nordstrom Rack before from Nordstrom, though never for an issue like this. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. I would not try to return incorrect merchandise, especially for a $50 item, when I have spent thousands of dollars with Nordstrom over the years. I don’t like to argue, so I thanked them and left, but I am disappointed by the inconsistent information I was given. I was simply looking for help resolving this issue properly and returning the incorrect item I received.
