  Well, this was depressing. I purchased three items. A small bag wish the chain kept clinging together and it is annoying because it ruins the leather. A pair of pink sandals, which are so flat and no curve they’re simply ridiculous to wear it cause you feel like you’re walking around with clown shoes. But the last item was the final Straw. Cute little wedge Vanilla white shoes. They’re completely unwearable. There is a piece of plastic sticking up in the heel of the shoe. I’ve never worn them. I tried to send them back for an exchange /Return/store credit whatever they absolutely denied it and said that they were not damaged. Which they clearly are. Never gonna make another purchase with Michael Kors ever again. And I don’t recommend it to anybody else. The sales people at the store and even online were not helpful at all. Not before the sale not during the sale and certainly not after I do not recommend Michael Kors. I even try to buy a white pair of pants to match with the shoes and the sales lady at the store wouldn’t get my correct size because they just dress the mannequin that had my size. It is not my fault they keep such a small inventory. I was there to purchase the pants. The size was on the mannequin and they refused to sell it to me. So stupid.
