  I would like to give a big shout out to Irene from the first interaction of coming inside, and her Greeting us was very formal. Very comforting. I will for sure be coming back especially if she’s there working. She was very hands-on. Very talkative. Super sweet, we had question, and she answer them politely. If you’re definitely gonna go shopping at Vans. I highly recommend you with Irene! she’s definitely a GIRLS GIRL! 💜

  Shoutout for Matt for great customer service. Was very accommodating. Brought out various sizes for shoes and socks.

  Been here twice, worst customer service ive ever had. All reps ignore customers, only one guy getting shoe sizes. One just greeting customers instead of working. Last time i will ever buy vans for my kids or my self. I have 3 kids.
