I have called more than a dozen times but the line just rings until it disconnects the call. Someone did answer once, but she immediately hung up the phone before I could say anything. Incredibly frustrating!!
- TTTJDec 16, 20255.0Sarah and her coworker we're on point. The shopping center is huge, the store has shoes for anybody and everybody and it's a large space with tons of goodies to shop around. The clearance section takes up a huge portion of the back of the store. Also if you get a pair of shoes it's real inexpensive to have them put it in a machine that waterproofs your brand new shoes and dries Ultra fast. These two were the dynamic duo, they helped at any and every turn all the while dealing with everything else in the store and keeping the place neat and clean. If you're looking for a pair of sneaks, boots, sandals or anything else this is your place. It is not like Burlington or Ross, there's not a million little kids running around destroying the store. This is definitely a go-to place for a good price on sneakers. You might leave with a couple pair. Definitely a comfortable environment, this is my go-to place when I come into town! I've purchased from the website as well and it's also very user-friendly, internet orders always arrive in about 3 to 4 days, it's a fast shipping process. Lots of ways to receive discounts on shoes as well! A+ Experience

Mind you, I was there to buy a few pairs and it was right before 8pm. I explained to my kids that were present how it feels as a client to walk in and immediately be and feel not welcomed. Sorry I bothered you so I left. I will let others how it feels.
