    When placing an order at 9am in the morning and they haven’t delivered yet and they say it’s on route and won’t be delivered until 4pm, what’s the reason, I really don’t think it would take this order 7 hours to deliver. Plus they ask for a tip??? So if you give and it doesn’t satisfy him ? Never again and I’ve used other Edible places this one is not the place I’ll be not using.

    I am quite dissatisfied with the service I received today. Since 11:00 p.m. the night before, I placed an order through Uber Eats for three items from your store, with a scheduled delivery between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. While the order did arrive on time at 10:15 a.m., only two items were delivered. I immediately called the store and was answered by a man whose name I do not recall. When I politely informed him that my order was incomplete, he responded, “You should check which store you placed your order with, because no orders have gone out from this store this morning.” I told him that this was impossible since I already had two of their products in my hand. He then said that there were not enough strawberries available to complete my order and that I would be refunded. I pointed out that the store should be more organized with the products displayed on the app, as they show many items as being in stock. Ultimately, the representative left me speaking alone. I hope you can address and correct these types of uncomfortable situations for customers who place orders expecting to receive them complete. and be able to receive at least good customer service from your staff.

    ★☆☆☆☆ Beware of the “1-Hour Rush Delivery” option I placed an order for an edible arrangement and selected the 1-hour rush delivery option, paying the extra fee because it was for a special occasion. If you’re considering this option, be aware that the delivery is apparently handled through Uber, and the drivers do not leave their cars. The recipient must answer their phone and come outside to meet the driver. That might work in some situations, but it’s extremely difficult when the recipient works in a medical facility seeing patients throughout the day. They can’t answer personal calls or step outside on demand. Hours went by and the delivery never arrived. After I called the store to ask what happened, I was told they would place the order on their regular delivery truck and it would arrive before 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, the delivery still never arrived, and I never received any phone call or update. The next day I called again. They did remake the order and promised delivery by 2:00 PM, which I do appreciate. However, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to provide any kind of customer service gesture. What’s most frustrating is that I paid for a 1-hour rush delivery, and the order wasn’t actually delivered until roughly 30 hours later. There was also no refund of the expedited delivery fee, even though the service clearly wasn’t provided. Mistakes happen, but basic customer service matters. A simple apology or refund of the rush delivery fee would have gone a long way. If you’re thinking about using the 1-hour delivery option, just be aware of how the process actually works so you don’t run into the same situation.

    I ordered an assortment of strawberries and cup cakes to be delivered to my girlfriend’s work for her birthday. It had a bug in it when i called they said they would send another one I assumed they would send something extra for the inconvenience but when i asked they said rudely i will just refund your money i ordered on the 24th i still haven’t gotten the refund
