I found a pair of glasses that I liked but the one on display was scratched and I decided not to get them. But we were informed by Eli the “manager” that she could try to get them from the Beverly Hills location. So she called and had set up the arrangement and we should be expecting them with in a week. She took down our name and number and said that she would call. Towards the end of the following week, my fiancé had called to follow up and spoke with her and she said that she would call the store and then call him back for an update. She never did…….. so I called a few days later and was informed that they were not in and they will call us once they are. Still no communication after a week and a half so I called tonight and was informed by Eli that she was informed earlier today they the glasses would not be shipped to the store. I asked if they were going to let us know and she said that she doesn’t know because this was her first day back in two weeks. It is very bad business to not communicate with your customers, let alone act like it is no big deal that no one called to update us on the situation. For a “manager” she needs additional training because that is so unprofessional and her actions reflect on the company she works for and makes them look.
