  Went to this store with my husband to purchase a few pair of boots over the weekend. Everything was fine until we mentioned we wanted to return/exchange some boots. The associate with the name tag “lead” something had a really stank attitude with us. Totally changed our shopping vibe. We were still trying on the boots when she aggressively asked if we have the receipt. Like DUH. We’re not even at the cash register to even get that process started. I also showed her a coupon we received at the outlets customer service desk and she annoyingly explained we can’t use it on the ones we were purchasing. (Which is fine but, once again with a stern stank attitude) We’ve spent hundredssss on this Brand. We were even wearing the brand sweaters (Ariat Work) we had purchased a few months ago. Like clearly we shop here and support the business. She just really killed our shopping experience. We won’t be returning to that store anymore. We will go to the LA one, where we are always feel welcomed.

  Absolute worst service! Tried asking these girls a question and they were busy ignoring me on their phones too worried about playing on their social media.

  The staff is amazing and very helpful. My boyfriend is picky and they went out of their way to make him happy.
