  Great customer service here. Was greeted by Randa and she showed me two Rolex watches that I wanted to view and took the time to explain each piece while I tried them on. She was responsive post visit and was able to secure the watch that I want much quicker than other AD's. Very nice people here, clean store, and great service by Randa!

  I have been waiting since 2024 for several basic steel models, and my experience has been increasingly frustrating. Despite registering my interest over a year ago, I have not received a single update regarding an allocation. I have proactively texted and followed up with my salesperson multiple times, only to be told repeatedly that they haven’t received any steel models for sale. However, it’s difficult to reconcile this with the numerous reviews from other customers who have successfully received the exact same models within just a few months of registering. I have a great deal of respect for the Rolex brand and am eager to make a purchase, but the lack of transparency and communication at this location is disappointing. It truly feels as though there is an uneven level of service being provided, leaving me feeling overlooked compared to other clients

  Had an exceptional experience with Randa at Bhindi Jewelers. She helped me find the perfect new watch that I lovingly refer to as my new good luck charm. Looking forward to seeing them again whenever I need a little extra sparkle or luck in my life.

  I bought my first Rolex at an authorized dealer, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Randa Alkhuri provided outstanding service and made the entire process feel special and memorable. Her energy was incredibly positive, welcoming, and genuine, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and really cares about her clients. We’ve definitely started a great relationship, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for more watches in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through such an important purchase. Highly recommend working with Randa!

  My wife and I visited Bhindi back early 2026 and was helped by Randa. She was very patience in showing me a variety of different Rolexes and Omega watches. We registered interest for a Rolex Submariner to celebrate a milestone later this year. She put down my information and provided me a complimentary Rolex book. The interaction was much better than other AD’s that I’ve visited in the past. Within 3 months we get the call that my allocation arrived. Picked up my Submariner right before my birthday and she even provided me a complimentary watch travel case. Randa did everything she could to get the watch I’ve always wanted to celebrate my birthday. This is an experience I will never forget and can say that Randa and Bhindi will have my loyalty as I build my collection.
