Nery did not listen & made it impossible to have a pleasant experience much less the Door salesperson. We ordered Hermes & other products from Macys. Will never return to Nordstroms when better & friendly options. I am so sad to report much less experience.

I thought I had measured myself correctly at home, but it turned out I was way off. Right away, Estrella was so helpful- she took my measurements and brought me options that fit perfectly. The experience was so much better than I expected walking in and that was 100% because of her care. Thank you
