  I love this location! Desiree helped me with my repair when the other location in Victoria gardens did not! I’m very pleased and impressed with their selection and service!

  I bought a bag and two bottles here, but I paid in three separate transactions.(The water bottle color is so beautiful I couldn't resist, so I went back to the checkout line again and again😗) A young female shop assistant is really friendly, she remember me when I went back again and again. Btw I didn't know that I could choose the shopping bag color, I asked if I could change it. She just said OH~✨It’s OK✨💅🏻and gave me extra different color bags. I'm really grateful that all the clerks I met were incredibly friendly, making me feel lucky and happy.🍀

  I witnessed an uncomfortable interaction at the checkout at this Lululemon location. The cashier, who appeared to be the store manager, spoke to another customer in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manner. As a bystander, it was uncomfortable to witness. Lululemon should look into the conduct of the staff at this store.

  On December 17, I visited the Santa Anita (Arcadia) lululemon store to return an item that was incorrectly shipped, based on guidance I received from customer service. Unfortunately, the return was not accepted, and the interaction felt discourteous and unprofessional. I remained calm and simply asked for the note from customer service to be rechecked, but I was asked to leave the store. I was disappointed by the experience and hope the store can review how these situations are handled in the future.
