- MMMaemeDec 7, 20251.0I was at the santa anita location today. The female who is asian assisted me and had a bad attitude. She seemed to be bothered because I had previously returned a leather bag because I did not like the color. She had an attitude with me which i cannot understand why but the young lady who previously helped me also had a bad attitude. I don't know if it had anything to do with my age but they truly need to work on their customer service.
- 66626Aug 5, 20251.0Unfortunately, my wife had a very poor experience at the Longchamp boutique inside Nordstrom (managed separately from Nordstrom). While Nordstrom’s staff were kind and helpful, the boutique itself was disappointing. She purchased a bag as a gift for her mother. It was never used, still in its original packaging, yet when she tried to return it within the 30-day window, the sales manager refused, pointing to a tiny pinhole discoloration as the reason. I later inspected the bag myself and still cannot identify what was being referred to. If anything existed, it means the bag was sold with a product quality issue. For a brand positioned as semi-luxury, we expected more accountability, flexibility, and professionalism. At this point, neither of us can support or recommend this location. The bag isn’t worth the headache, and it’s clear the brand does not stand behind its product quality or empower management to do what is right.
