  I was very happy with my experience. There was plenty of parking, with some nice music even playing in the lot. When I entered I was immediately greeted. As I walked through the store, I noticed staff members happily greeting each other and got the sense that they were happy working there. Everything was clean, organized, and well stocked.

  I visited JCPenney today for my graduation photos for my degree in Criminal Justice Support, and I had a wonderful experience. Jazz assisted me during my session, and she was outstanding from start to finish. She took the time to listen to my preferences, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her friendly and engaging personality made the experience even more enjoyable—I truly could have talked with her all day. Overall, I am extremely pleased with both the quality of the photos and the level of customer service I received. I will definitely be returning to JCPenney in the future and look forward to working with Jess again. She demonstrates excellent customer service skills and a true talent for photography.

  My daughter needed to use the bathroom, they lock them of course. No associate anywhere to help of course. It’s easier to just buy stuff on Amazon. Left our cart full of clothes outside the bathroom. Won’t be back.

  Horrible experience. No wonder they’re going out of business. Shoes had a sale price right above them and they wouldn’t honor it. I even took a picture of the sign above the shoes and the manger said there was nothing she could do. So rather than a compromise for their error they lost a customer. Will never shop at JC Penny again.
