  Hi, my names coral. I have been going to JCPenney salon for about 4 years. I like to change my hair. I came in on a Saturday, I had black underneath and blonde on top of my hair. I wanted to turn my hair into a brunette with highlights. A lady named Suzette made my roots orange, and the rest of my hair a weird color. I showed a picture of what I wanted I was very clear. She was not gentle she yanked my hair, and even got hair dye in my eye. I walked in the salon blonde, my hair bleaches very easily. So bad I made her turn my hair back to my normal color beacuse my hair looked embarrassing. I will not be coming back. She made me cry. This ruined my experiences and opinion on this place. If you come and get your hair done I would not recommend her.

  My daughter needed to use the bathroom, they lock them of course. No associate anywhere to help of course. It’s easier to just buy stuff on Amazon. Left our cart full of clothes outside the bathroom. Won’t be back.

  Horrible experience. No wonder they’re going out of business. Shoes had a sale price right above them and they wouldn’t honor it. I even took a picture of the sign above the shoes and the manger said there was nothing she could do. So rather than a compromise for their error they lost a customer. Will never shop at JC Penny again.

  This was the worst experience I've ever encountered! I will never book the young lady ever again. She charged me $120 and the her work was disappointing! She was 30 minutes late as well.
