  This store is clean all the employees are nice. Someone came up to me almost every five minutes and asked if I needed help and I feel like other stores should be like that.

  Sinceramente no conozco bien está marca, me parece que los precios están muy exagerados quizá es muy buena 🤔, hay mucha variedad de ropa deportiva.

  Cheaply made Overpriced goods. employees talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Dissatisfied customers at the register asking for the guest services number. The customer service is non existent. I will not be shopping here. A waste of space in my opinion.

  Talked to customer service since I live over 2 hours from the nearest store. They told me since it’s a final sale item I had to go into the store. So I packed four items to return I got in December that had tags on them and never worn. Flew half way across the country since I was staying near a lululemon rather than driving two hours one way to get to a lulu near me. Got to the register and the manager (woman with short dark hair) said I was a week outside the return window. Refused to return them but would return some of them because I was purchasing an item. So she can bend the rules only to her benefit …. I’ve returned items before outside the return window and the agent online told me to bring them to the store. So I got back online and he said that’s basically ridiculous and he just returned them online for me. So now I have to haul them back across the country and then waste postage from lululemon when I was already in the store. If she wanted to follow policy she wouldn’t have done any of it. She was doing it out of spite basically. She was very rude especially for working at Disney Lulu store. Can’t just bend rules to benefit yourself. You either follow the rules or you help your customers. As a person who has worked in retail you shouldn’t make your valued customers who spend way too much money at your company (a company that is currently down on sales) angry. Think the manager should work on being more customer service like rather than being so rude. Won’t be back to this store & I’ve heard from others how awful this store has been since it’s opened so it doesn’t shock me.
