I attempted to get a silhouette done but there were 0 cast members around to properly assist me.
I waited for about 15 minutes wandering around the shop, the entrance looking for help. Finally a cast member named Vanessa walked into the shop (it had been empty while I waited except 1 customer standing around who seemed in a bad mood). It seems like a security issue to leave the shop unattended for as long as it was. Also the cast member Vanessa ignored me, refused to speak to me and made me feel so uncomfortable that I did not want to spend my money or even try to get Vanessa to do her job.
I’m hoping there is a new cast member to replace Vanessa ASAP as we need someone who is professional and willing to do their job properly!

The staff member VANESSA did a terrible job!! We spent around $80 at this store, but had the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a Disney location.
VANESSA was extremely rude from the beginning. And she did a terrible job — the stickers were placed ugly and went over the edge, completely ruining the artist’s work we had paid for. It’s shocking that someone representing Disney could be so careless and disrespectful! I can’t believe Disney would hire such a horrible employee! Truly hope the company can find someone to take over her position!

The artist is so talented and amazing! We love the souvenir! However, we had a very disappointing experience at Silhouette Studio. My husband and I arrived around 5:15 PM to join the line. The staff member named VANESSA told us that the line would start at 5:30 PM, which was totally fine with us, so we waited patiently near the store entrance.
At first, she said we could stand there, but later she was suddenly mad and told us we couldn’t stay by the door. I then sat down on a nearby bench to rest, and my husband stood in the open rest area — but she came again and told us we couldn’t even stand there because it was “too close to the store.”
Her tone was extremely rude and unpleasant during the whole time, even after we entered the store. It’s hard to believe that Disney, a place known for bringing joy and kindness, would have such an unfriendly employee. We left feeling upset and disappointed — this experience really did not reflect the Disney spirit.

What a unique experience & you walk away with a treasured keepsake you will likely appreciate! We waited over an hour & half with 3 people in front of us. Patience is key. The actual experience took 15-18 minutes. The end product was sweet, nearly ruined by unkind staff. VANESSA was abrasive & did not accommodate my adult special needs adult son, I was stunned. This is the total opposite from what I experienced from the park. We had a wheelchair all day and my son stood over an hour and his legs began to ache and he expressed discomfort (to me). The shop is a tight space so as soon as the bench opened up inside I sat him down as we were next. That was wrong. I was schooled twice & asked to wait in the doorway until called upon as they needed to leave the “space open for the customer in there”. The customer was 1 man. Vanessa could have handled the situation a number of better ways. She did not. I did try to follow her directions but they lacked clarity. I felt like I needed to keep calm and choke back the tears. I hope others experience a wonderful feeling void of negativity and if you/your loved one requires some sort of sensitivity or accommodation that you find it here. Disney has always been accommodating and this was a bitter moment for us. I hope it was a one off & Vanessa learns managing skills that brings happiness to the most special & deserving guests. 🥰

This is an amazing souvenir. Price isn't bad either. The guy cuts it out by hand in like 10 minutes. Such a cool experience. The cast members were very friendly and helpful. We had our pet pig Carl done, but plan to come back sooon and have our kids done too. Definitely would recommend this experience.
