  Had bought a bracelet and a charm set then left the store the associate was very friendly service was good. Later in the day I checked the bracelet and it only had 1 charm so I went back. They didn't really help me in any way just kept telling me that the associate that helped me was a trusted one and that she had showed me the bracelet before being placed in the box, which never happened. I asked them if they could check the cameras just to make sure. If they had seen it on the cameras then I would have been alright with that, but they didn't check and just kept telling me that once its place in the box thats it and it was final sale. If you come to this store check your things before you leave.
