  Great customer service and clean store. Went in December 1st and was greeted by a lovely blonde lady that spoke Spanish. She helped out all of my family and as a national sales manager I am highly impressed in her upselling skills. She comes off in a very friendly and helpful manner that next thing you know you’re buying a few hundred bucks in stuff you didn’t plan on buying but couldn’t just help it because the products are beautiful and she’s so good at building value and relationships with her customers. From now on I’m ditching coach and coming back here for my stuff.

  Extremely happy with their great service we received from Laura and Jake at this location. From the moment we enter the store to our in-store purchase they both very helpful. They both went above and beyond our expectations to get us what we were looking for. Appreciate them both for this exceptional service 😊

  From beginning to end, our experience at this location was great. In addition to all team members wearing masks and takin all safety precautions, Jake was more than helpful; going the extra mile, answering all questions and with a genuine smile in his eyes (only way to tell with the masks on). There were three of us and Jake made our annual trip to the outlet stores a wonderful experience.
