  Great selection of shoes and friendly staff! Nevae was super kind and helpful. She took the time to look with me and brought out lots of suggestions until I found the perfect pair. I’ll definitely be back!

  Absolutely terrible customer service. The associate with the name of NAVEAH was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a huge inconvenience. On top of the attitude, she clearly did not have enough knowledge about the products they had in store and were unable to answer basic questions properly. Told me google stuff.

  Went in knowing it closed in 20 minutes, found shoes in less that 5 minutes and the supervisor at the time was so annoyed.. customer service was a 0.. I interrupted her standing at the till doing nothing and she was so ignorant about it. Not polite didn’t ask if I found everything ok even though no one asked if I needed any help.. just snotty and rude!

  Went in to return shoes I’ve never been so shakingly angry in a very long time. I said “I would like to return these” I gave her the receipt she already looked annoyed with me. “What was wrong with them?” I said “nothing I just don’t want them” she asked “Email okay?” She gestured towards the machine I clicked yes she asked “do you have the card ending in this number?” I looked at all of my cards nothing in that number then I remembered I used tap I told her “I think I used tap, you know with my phone?” USUALLY when I say that they say okay that’s fine it should work with your phone. The worker continued her annoyed attitude “it says debit card” I said “I know but I’m pretty sure I used tap” she then began putting the receipt in my face and started circling the number numerous times like I didn’t see it and said again “it says you paid with card!” Anyway I took my receipt, shoes and left. I looked at my transactions on my phone and there it was!! I went back in showed her it and she STILL DIDN’T BELIEVE ME!! She than began looking through my phone which is a PRIVACY VIOLATION I only meant to show the transaction because not only did I not give consent to this, she did it anyway. Anyway I didn’t steal the shoes she simply stereotyped me. Horrible store with almost 5 stars.
