  I got amazing service from the girl called Nataly and the store manager on duty!!! My dad has dementia Nataly was handling cash while the manager was helping me I don’t remember her name though!! She was super patient and helpful!! She took the shoes on and off my dad’s foot by herself and also suggested the styles that would fit him best!! Nataly was also super friendly and quick at cash!! She also suggested me to get the shoes sprayed which was new and exciting because you could see the shoes getting sprayed . I would recommend everyone to go and shop here for amazing service. They do deserve appreciation.

  The store manager was AWFUL! I went in their on Monday and there was two workers (an associate and the store manager) standing in the middle of one aisle and left the other worker to check everyone else out and greet everyone and as I got closer I heard them saying HORRIBLE things about the girl that was busy doing not only her job but theirs as well it was so unprofessional and as a store manager you should NEVER talk about your workers like that! I feel the need to contact someone about this as it was such a disturbing situation

  The customer service in this store is pathetic. I called head office and it is even worse, now I understand why the store customer service is so bad.

  I ordered over $900 worth of shoes and half of them looked like they had been worn outside already. The Birkenstock sneakers arrived in a rickety looking box with no lid. To add insult to injury, the employees were awfully unfriendly and grilled me when I went to return them. Clearly customer service at this company is dead. Disappointed and offended to say the least, and I definitely will no longer be giving them my business. Everyone I know feels the same
