Store has good hours, good parking. I usually always leave with something in my hands. My only complaint is that, I have sold many times and every single time, my clothes are just rolled in a ball and pitched back into my container, after I brought them in perfectly folded. This hasn’t just happened once, it’s every time. Would love to see customers items treated with a little more dignity, at the very minimum placed back the way they came.

I went through the reviews after my experience today, and it’s clear that this location needs improvement when it comes to customer service and staff training. The employee putting clothes away from the change room rack was unnecessarily rude. I had clothes in my basket that I had set aside in front of the change room while I was trying on other items. She watched me walk into the change room, then proceeded to put those items away while I was still shopping. When I politely asked her about the items, she ignored me and simply told me to check the rack. There was no apology, acknowledgment, or attempt to help resolve the situation. Mistakes happen, but the lack of basic communication and customer service was disappointing. A more respectful and helpful approach from staff would make a big difference in the overall shopping experience.
