  Bought a pair of New Balance shoe...worn for just 2 hours and my left foot was in a pain...called the store and said they cannot exchange it, I also told them I can buy other pair with higher price range, they said its not in there policy, also I told them the same pair was out in the display and many people must have tried them, thats why I find the left pair shoe loose and uncomfortable. I have bought couple of shoe from them but never had issue and they can't help there regular customer which is so sad...Never going back again to them

  Decent place to find a wide variety of shoes. I recently bought a pair of really cute heels here for a Christmas party. I am happy with the shoes but I am not happy with the quality of the customer service. One of the workers demanded to see my other shoes which I purchased somewhere else. Accusing me of stealing essentially. You guys don't sell loubs here so don't accuse me.

  Wide variety of shoes to choose from. I went to buy hiking boots and there were more than ten options. More importantly, all sizes were available in all styles, which is rare in today's world of supply chain issues. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. I will go there again!
