  I had an issue with the lock on my Samsonite suitcase—it suddenly got stuck and wouldn’t open. I went to the Samsonite store at CrossIron mall and Jane was incredibly helpful. She quickly figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot, without charging us a penny. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into an easy fix just 3 days before our flight. Highly recommend this store.

  I received excellent service from Maria when I bought my Samsonite Pursuit DLX Plus Spinner Carry-on yesterday. Maria was fantastic and made sure that I chose a carry-on that fitted my needs perfectly. She was helpful and gave great input and comparison among the different suitcase types. Maria made me think logically and helped me decide on a suitcase that fitted what I was looking for. She was the best. Thank you for all of your help!

  Service was great - the woman that helped me showed me the varieties and differences between the lines I was interested in, super knowledgeable! I didn't feel pressured to go beyond my price range at all, and she answered any questions I had. Awesome experience at Cross Iron store!
