  Had a great experience at US Polo CrossIron! Shad was an excellent sales representative—she was very polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help us find what we needed and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Shad, for your wonderful customer service! Highly recommended!

  there’s no customer service in this store. we came in, not greeted or acknowledged. there were 5 associates on the front till just yapping and standing there. one guy was on the phone. felt really bad for the old guy being alone on the floor checking up on everybody.

  The experience at this place sucks. The staff called Jennifer was very rude. It felt so terrible that she followed me closely everywhere and kept telling me I mustn’t ask anyone else for help with sizes of clothes. She ensured her name on the list for “helping”with my order at checkout but I’m also pretty sure I will not visit again. Thank you for ruining my day, Jennifer!
