  I bought a TH watch and didn’t like it enough to keep it; went in to exchange and Ken helped me find a Boss watch that I can honestly say, I’d wear daily. He was kind, funny, and made me feel less anxious about having to find a watch at similar or higher value. He was straightforward and didn’t push me to buy an egregiously expensive watch, respected my budget and let me make my mind up on what I wanted. 10/10 experience with Ken! I’m only dropping a star due to my initial experience a few days prior, as the woman who sold me the TH watch made me feel insignificant and didn’t hand me the watches to look at, only the man I was with. Maybe because they were men’s watches, but making assumptions is quite rude, especially since I was the one doing all the talking. The man with her was also quite haughty, even asked if the Rolex my companion had on was fake (it wasn’t). Ken’s a diamond in the rough for sure: polite, professional, charming, and respectful! Thank you so much for making my exchange visit a fun and seamless experience! (:

  Received attentive and honest service here. The technician wasn’t sure if he could replace the battery in my Heritage Series Calendoplan but said he’d try - as long as he was sure he wouldn’t scratch. Everything turned out ok in the end.
