  ⚠️ Think twice before spending your money here. I had a very disappointing experience with this brand. I spent almost $124 on a pair of joggers because I trusted the brand and expected better quality. Unfortunately, I was shocked by how poor the quality was even before the joggers were washed or properly used. What disappointed me even more was the customer service. I contacted them hoping they would stand behind their product and help resolve the issue. Instead, I was simply given another customer service phone number and told that they could not guarantee that I would receive a solution. For a brand that charges this much for its products, I expect both quality and customer support. Unfortunately, I received neither. Spending $124 on a product that already has quality issues before even washing it is frustrating enough. Being told that customer service can’t guarantee a solution makes the experience even worse. Very disappointed. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before spending your hard-earned money here.

  If you go during non-peak hours, expect the store to be overstaffed with them having nothing to do but CONSTANTLY follow you. I understand customer service includes asking if someone needs help, but my latest visit there was ruined by staff asking me if I needed help while I browsed the store. I was asked by at least 5-6 different people in a span of THREE MINUTES if I needed help. That is THE most annoying thing EVER. They need to learn to give people space, especially when they are bored and have no other tasks. Not only is it annoying for the customer but it makes you feel like you are being watched as a potential thief. What an uncomfortable experience. Go to a different Lululemon, if you want to browse in PEACE

  The customer service that was exhibited by Precious was bar none one of the best retail experiences I could have ever asked for, My wife and I were in a panic travelling for a wedding in North West Territory and our airline lost our luggage which had our wedding attire. I needed to find pants ASAP and Precious not only found me the right size and the perfect fit I needed, she was totally invested in getting it done with a positive attitude and quick! Huge Huge HUGE SHOUT OUT TO PRECIOUS!! Thanks for getting me set up, it was a highlight in a trip that anything that could have gone sideways... did! Thank you for your great service and even better attitude!
