When I approached the cashier to collect my order, there was no one initially at the counter. I simply showed my order number and asked for guidance on how to proceed. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me spoke to me in a rude and impolite manner, which I found completely unacceptable. When I requested the employee’s name to report the incident, the store manager refused to provide it. I believe that all customers deserve respectful and professional treatment, and I hope you will address this matter appropriately to ensure better service in the future.
