  I used to shop exclusively at this store, however I was deeply disappointed when I arrived yesterday to buy new shoes that every left shoe in the store is hidden in the back, and 1 shoe of the pair has a security tag with a SPIKE pointing into the inside of the shoe. Please tell me, how is someone supposed to try on a shoe properly if they can’t tighten it to see if it slips off or not? I’m a hard fit (unusual women’s size and forced to buy mens which are often too wide), so I will routinely need to try 10-15 different shoes on and sometimes still not find one that works. Due to the great inconvenience of having to ask an employee for each an every left shoe of every pair I’m curious about, and the fact that you can’t even try them on properly with the metal spike security tag, I will no longer be doing business with this store. I do not shop at stores that treat customers like thieves from the get go. It’s the reason I stopped shopping at Canadian Tire and Walmart cosmetics. I’ll take my money to a classier store that values a customer experience. I won’t be back to this store, which sucks for you because I exclusively bought my shoes from you before this.

  My girl is just 3 year old and the supervisor name VEERPAL just didn’t allow my daughter to use the washroom this is so cruel Hope she didn’t have the kids at home that’s y she was behaving like this . VEERPAL SO ARROGANT LIKE SO CALLED SUPERVISOR
