- THTristan Hagan2 days ago2.0We visited The Brick several times, and the service staff were never able to help or find a solution. After all that, we reluctantly decided to buy a sofa. During the purchase, staff signed us up for a financing application that involved a credit check. We did not consent to this and it was not properly explained to us. When it came time to pay, we weren't given a quote and no one went over the total cost. They simply took the card and ran the transaction. I wouldn't buy here again.

- BGBrittany GrantSep 18, 20261.0This has been by far, the worst experience I've ever had buying furniture. We purchased a table, 4 chairs and a bench from The Brick Outlet in May of 2025. By May of 2026 the finish was chipping off. We got a replacement table that we had to pick up and assemble. it came damaged so we had to return it to them and pick up a third table and assemble it ourselves. On my first warranty claim I told them the screws are falling out of all 4 of the chairs, they told me they'd order 4 more cushions. Turns out only one was ordered. Fast forward to today sept 17 (over 3 months since the claim was started), the man comes to install the new cushions after I demanded they have someone install them (for warranty purposes). He got to my house today with a box full of another customer's replacement parts, with the last name Grant. So now I have to rearrange another day at work to be home for them to come back and finally install the seats. I feel that nobody has really cared about the aggravation this has caused me. 3 trips to red deer, for table replacements. Not having safe chairs for my family to eat supper at. All within a year of purchasing the table. Unacceptable

Ask the guy in the area selling appliances where the seals are at he was rude and say we don't sell parts go to Home depot a parts store we sell new dishwashers not parts. So after years of being the store I buy all my beds to couches to all appliances for my homes maybe be time to go to a stop who sells parts for the shit they sell . Shit service shit help shit attitude so called sales man. Brick you may what to send your shit worker to Home depot to sell parts . Should of got his name as i would of posted it here for him..

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
