  When to get my son shoes was asked if I had an account, I said no. The man behind counter proceeded to wander around the store, asking people. If they had an account so he could put my transaction on them for points, left me. Standing at the till for 4 to 5 minutes until I literally had to shout across the store saying, I don't want anyone getting my points. Just put this transaction through. This was in okotoks

  I entered the door, no greeting, no acknowledgment, both on their phones. A middle aged lady with grey hair working and a younger brunette girl. I was one of TWO people in the entire store, and was in there for a total of 10 minutes. Not once did they even speak to me, ask me if I needed help when trying on shoes, I even left without a single acknowledgement, it was a very cold shopping experience, and I would recommend management perhaps working on customer service with their staff. I would have gladly purchased a pair of shoes if it was a different atmosphere.

  I’m confused about the insistence on collecting email addresses at checkout. I’ve only shopped here twice in the past two years, and both times I felt pressured in an uncomfortable, almost aggressive way to provide my email. It makes the checkout experience unpleasant. Is there a reason staff are pushing this so strongly? It would be appreciated if customers could simply decline without feeling pressured.
