- LSLEAH S*******Nov 9, 20254.0Slightly small range of ladies high heels, but otherwise a successful trip
- JHJanet HaywardNov 8, 20255.0All staff were bubbly, knowledgeable and very helpful. You could tell they loved their jobs. The experience was one of the best service experiences I have had in a long time. Great selection of shoes and good prices, especially the sale and clearance items.
- KJKimberly JanzenSep 9, 20251.0Brand new location. No acknowledgement or greeting from staff when entering the store. Literally leaning on the register counter. Multiple people in the store, not a single associate walked around to see if anyone needed help finding anything. The 2 staff standing behind the counter were talking about their hangovers and how long it takes for them to recover from it. I used to manage a location in Edmonton and this kind of behavior/etiquette was completely unacceptable.
