Staff are kind and knowledgable about the products in the store. The store didn’t have the size I wanted of a sweater I liked, but I was able to order it with free shipping, with all the sale stuff still applied, directly from the checkout. If you shop sales, the prices are great. And 15% off for students on Thurs/Fri. Kinda epic.

A couple weeks ago, I went into this store looking for jeans. I Always struggle to find good fitting jeans, but on this visit, one of the staff brought me a pair of 'mens' jeans, and to be frank, it changed my life. This sounds dramatic but this simple suggestion has changed the way I will shop for jeans forever. The staff that day helped me feel so confident, I will be back and they all deserve raises.
