- TTtoryOct 5, 20261.0Really disappointing experience at Plato’s Closet Leduc. The workers were extremely unprofessional and rude, and the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable. They were making comments about people’s clothes and laughing at things, which came across as incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, the store itself felt dirty and poorly maintained. The combination of the messy environment and the employees’ attitude made the entire experience unpleasant. Customer service should not feel judgmental or hostile, especially in a store where people are literally bringing in clothes they want to sell. I definitely won’t be coming back. The staff needs to learn how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism, and the store seriously needs some attention.
