We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    I visited today and had a really disappointing experience. When I walked in, no one greeted me. I selected a shirt and pants and stood at the change rooms while multiple staff members saw me but didn’t acknowledge or assist me. After a while, someone told me I could move closer, but by then it already felt uncomfortable. At checkout, I was asked for my email. I asked if it was for promotions or discounts and was told it was just for the receipt. When I declined, the response felt dismissive and unfriendly. I ended up spending close to $300, so it was frustrating to feel ignored and unwelcome throughout the visit. I really like your clothing, which is why I shop here, but the service and overall atmosphere made this experience unpleasant. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because it would make a big difference.

    Needed to do an exchange on a pair of leggings because they fit a bit bigger than my other size 6’s. I ordered online and nowhere did it state tags needed to still be attached or any other requirements for a return. It simply stated on my order email confirmation “scan barcode to exchange in store”. Plus I had exchanged one other pair without tags before. The manager helping me gave me serious grief over not having the tags and asked how they were supposed to resell them. like that’s a consumers responsibility?? Even after explaining I live out of town and telling her I understood it was an exception and that I would make sure to keep tags attached until i was sure about them, she continued to remind me over and over throughout the transaction. She wouldn’t hand the pants to me until I agreed again. If i wanted to be patronized i’d call my mother.

    I had such an amazing experience today at Lululemon thanks to Darika and Shay. Their customer service was absolutely top-notch. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, helpful, and had the kind of personalities that just make your whole shopping experience better. They went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, were super knowledgeable about the products, and made the whole visit fun instead of just another shopping trip. You can tell they genuinely enjoy helping customers. Honestly, the kind of service they gave today is exactly why people come back to Lululemon. Huge shoutout to Darika and Shay for making my day — you two are awesome! PS Thanks for the Card

    I hate shopping in malls in general but for some stores that are a little pricier with less consistency in sizing like Lulu, I try to go to the store if I can. Despite being an Edmonton resident I spend some of my time in GP so if I need something, I may end up in this store and I find the customer service to be lukewarm at best. Additionally there is something about the layout that makes me feel claustrophobic and the overall feeling I get is lacklustre, maybe a weekly Flashmob would help with the overall tone.
