- MMMeJun 2, 20261.0I am writing my review based on my experience with the management at this store. The store manager is quite rude to her staff, I am a frequent shopper and seen/ heard the way she talks to her staff. The young girls are fantastic workers polite and helpful. The store manager on the other hand I know for a fact was watching hockey games behind the counter she thought it was hid away but it was quite obvious. I have seen her just sitting around on her phone and I have seen her not helping customers while her staff are. It is not a pleasant shopping experience, while in store you can feel the tension between her and her staff, it is a very different, pleasant shopping experience when she is not in store. This is not how it should be the girls that are working in there are great and don’t deserve to be experiencing this kind of behaviour and most probably can’t afford to leave and look for other work there isn’t much out there. I can only imagine what it is like for them that people can’t see. I have been putting off making this review because I thought maybe it might change. Again I am a frequent shopper and see what is going on it’s not fair to those girls.

I originally went in to purchase a shoe cleaner and was recommended a specific product. After using it at home, I noticed the suede on my shoes began to discolor. I called the store and later came back in to show them what had happened. The assistant store manager addressed the situation promptly and made it right. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be returning!
