Chloe was friendly, patient, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. She made the whole process easy and comfortable, without any pressure. It felt like she actually cared about helping me find the right fit. The shoes are excellent quality, but the service is what will make me come back.

I was told that they dont do that in their store, which is doesn't make sense. I was very dissapointed and returned the shoes i bought.
