  Had a great experience in Vans today thanks to Jorden and Drew! We came right at opening and Jorden not only grabbed the shoes in the sizes we requested but also grabbed a couple different pairs in styles similar in case we liked those more. Drew was very friendly as well and overall it was the best experience I’ve had shopping for shoes in forever! Thanks for the help guys :)

  I came in April 10th around 3:30 in the afternoon and everyone working on the floor was absolutely exceptional! The guy at the front of the store wearing a white shirt and a hat was so kind and the other guy who had super cool hair with colourful polka dots was so kind! They both helped me pick out super cute striped shirt and gave me their opinions as seeing as I was shopping alone. They made me feel so welcomed and like I was shopping with my friends! Wonderful customer service and amazing staff with lovely personalities!!

  Apparently they charge you more than retail sticker price? Not sure how a $18 sock is $20 at the till.
