  Quite disappointed at this store. Went in and associates were really helpful - my daughter is usually having her size in Kids 3 or 4, was given size 4 and the costs were around $55 and $75, with the deal of buy one, get one at 50%. When I went to the till, it turned out that the shoes were priced at $115 each pair as size 4 is not a youth size. Are you kidding me? She always get size 4 as youth size in Nike and Adidas. I just grabbed the shoes as it was her birthday and not wanting to ruin the day, but not happy with how the store and the associates handled the situation

  Fred and Jordan helped me so well in this store. Felt at home right away. They had great style advice and helped me in-store with ordering one of the pairs from the online shop. I walk away, pun intended, with two awesome pairs of Vans that I hope to enjoy for a long time!

  We were greeted by a nice worker named Ryan who was so helpful! He greeted my son first and I thought that was very nice of him. He told us about the deals and we ended up leaving as happy customers.

  Fred is a wonderful experience. They got us shoes that we needed and had us leaving comfortable. Fred was fantastic.

  Had a great experience in Vans today thanks to Jorden and Drew! We came right at opening and Jorden not only grabbed the shoes in the sizes we requested but also grabbed a couple different pairs in styles similar in case we liked those more. Drew was very friendly as well and overall it was the best experience I’ve had shopping for shoes in forever! Thanks for the help guys :)
