  Fred and Jordan helped me so well in this store. Felt at home right away. They had great style advice and helped me in-store with ordering one of the pairs from the online shop. I walk away, pun intended, with two awesome pairs of Vans that I hope to enjoy for a long time!

  We were greeted by a nice worker named Ryan who was so helpful! He greeted my son first and I thought that was very nice of him. He told us about the deals and we ended up leaving as happy customers.

  Had a great experience in Vans today thanks to Jorden and Drew! We came right at opening and Jorden not only grabbed the shoes in the sizes we requested but also grabbed a couple different pairs in styles similar in case we liked those more. Drew was very friendly as well and overall it was the best experience I’ve had shopping for shoes in forever! Thanks for the help guys :)

  I came in April 10th around 3:30 in the afternoon and everyone working on the floor was absolutely exceptional! The guy at the front of the store wearing a white shirt and a hat was so kind and the other guy who had super cool hair with colourful polka dots was so kind! They both helped me pick out super cute striped shirt and gave me their opinions as seeing as I was shopping alone. They made me feel so welcomed and like I was shopping with my friends! Wonderful customer service and amazing staff with lovely personalities!!
