  I was initially given the wrong perfume by an employee, which resulted in me having to arrange a return. Before visiting the store, I called multiple times, and during my most recent call, I was told that I could come in without the employee who provided the friend discount because of the circumstances. When I arrived at the store, I tried to explain my situation, but I felt that the manager (Alia) was dismissive and unwilling to listen. I was told that they could not accommodate me because it was close to closing time, even though there was still over an hour before the store closed. As I was leaving, I noticed employees continuing to assist other customers, which made me feel that my concerns were not being taken seriously. What disappointed me most was an interaction with a supervisor named Pavneet. I felt that her attitude was rude and unprofessional, including what appeared to be eye-rolling during our conversation. When I asked for her name, the interaction felt dismissive rather than helpful. I am a regular customer and have made many purchases from this store. I understand that policies must be followed, but I believe customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when trying to resolve an issue that was not their fault. I hope management reviews this experience and works to improve customer service.

  A employee named PAVNEET KAUE was vey helpful with helping me when I was shopping the other day. She was very attentive and answered every question I asked. I will miss st definitely come here again💕😊💕
