Very disappointing and worst experience. Nex time, make sure to pull out those deffective shoes on the shelves and do not sell it! Just to avoid customer from mistakenly grabbing it to buy especially those who doens't have much time to spend. And when customer would like to exchange it, you don't want to accept it? Put the blame on her? And tell her that you are just doing her a favor? What kind of service is that? SMH - So disappointing!
