  As with all major shoe stores, selection of wide ladies shoes is embarrassing. A few heels, some ugly Amish woman clogs, some overpriced flats, and sneakers. That's it. Once again, buying shoes becomes a frustrating, demeaning ezp But if you have regular width feet, the selection is enormous. And not once during the time I was in was I asked if I needed assistance. Then at the register the woman asked me four times for a phone number when I said "no", until I gave it to her to make her stop asking. Skip this place.

  We came here to purchase heels for an upcoming wedding, and the selection was quite nice. Rasleen was an extremely helpful staff member, we were blown away by her willingness to answer our million+ questions and requests with a smile on her face. The only reason this gets one star off is because of the disorganization of the shoes, as well as the lack of availability in sizes. We purchased 1 of 2 desired shoes, but the 2nd we have to go purchase from another location because they are not stocked here. Regardless, the customer service alone by Rasleen made the visit worth it. Keep it up girl!

  Bought a pair of shoes and got the IMBOX protection that is supposed to protect against stains and water. I did neither and while I got a refund for the treatment, the damage was already done and since the shoes technically were not broken, I wasn't able to return them.
