  I recently purchased a pair of Adidas shoes and within a week, the insole had permanently shifted, resulting in massive discomfort. I brought them in to get them looked at and exchanged but the store manager shut it down. Despite her being unable to move it back into proper position and despite the other shoe being completely fine, she claimed that it was a feature of the shoe and would not authorize an exchange, and suggested that I spend more money on third-party insoles. Not a huge fan of the experience.

  So I went there and exchange the shoes that I ordered online cos one of the shoelace was damaged but to my disappointment they don’t have any stock at all. They offered me to give a store credit cos I didn’t bring the box which is fine for me but my question is? Did they not double check the product before they ship it? I don’t understand how lousy the packer is? Is there not a second person who will double check the product before they pack and ship it to the buyer? So disappointed
