- AFAlexandra Foghis6 days ago4.0I honestly love coming to this store. It’s so big and there are so many different Lego sets to choose from. There’s something for everyone, and walking around looking at everything honestly makes me feel like a kid again. It’s such a fun store to visit, even if you’re just looking around! I’m only taking off one star because they removed the big Lego car from the store, and honestly, that was one of my favourite things to see! 😭
- SDSz. D-SzSep 12, 20261.0There are a few decent and very nice employees who have been working there for longer time, the ones we dealt with today were some new ones who should not be in customer service at all, never mind to represent a brand like Lego.
- TTTri Q TrinhSep 5, 20265.0A must-visit stop inside West Edmonton Mall, especially for LEGO fans and families with kids. The store is bright, colourful, well organized, and has an impressive selection of LEGO sets for different ages and interests. What makes this location stand out is that it feels like more than just a retail store — there are plenty of displays and interactive elements that make it enjoyable to browse even if you are not planning to buy immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was energetic without feeling chaotic. Everything was clean, well presented, and easy to explore. This is one of those stores where both kids and adults can easily spend more time than expected. Definitely worth stopping by while visiting West Edmonton Mall.
